Are they going to paint the undersides of the ornamental slabs on the roofs? They're a focal point for the buildings, but the raw concrete looks cheap in its present state.

I agree.
Until they finish them off, they are a nice concept but take away from the rest of the building.

Painting them white would look much better, but I'm pretty certain that is the final product, unfortunately.

Those LEDs are very bright while driving westbound on the Gardiner at night. I think it might be the angle though.

This is seemingly taking an awfully long time to finish... that back entrance to ICE2 is badly needed for drop-offs/pick-ups as stopping on York is very difficult with everyone so antsy to get on the Gardiner or Lake Shore.

It's hard to tell from the pic, but in person, some of the "supports" appear to have been spray painted. I'm not so sure we're going to get the "pencils" as originally planned...
