Thanks. We don't have a 'penthouse' in the ICE condos, but yes, I am one of the lucky ones to get a top floor facing the lake.

Compared to some of the criticism Lanterra and ICE condos have received by others on this forum, I am quite pleased with my unit and with the way the building looks so far, notwithstanding the magnitude of construction that is ongoing.

I am very fortunate to have extensive experience going through the pre-construction occupancy process with a wide range of developers and projects in the core, and, in my experience to date, Lanterra at the ICE project has proven themselves to me to be one of the more organized companies that has made the experience a positive one. Lifetime Developments is another one that comes to mind.
