Even putting aside the disappointing clumsy mullion and snap-together spandrel zones, it's still so weird they made this grey and not white. Why are so many buildings grey? Is it cheaper? Easier to keep clean because it masks some level fo dirt? Is this all that's available? Like literally what's the reason every building is grey?
Would be fun and genuinely informative if UT did a piece interviewing people in the industry to get to the bottom of this.

It's looking better the taller it gets. I wish more of the facade was beveled but still a decent looking building.

From a few days ago. Sometimes I can see the pattern of the facade really clearly but it depends on the weather.
