The building overall storey count remains at 34 storeys. The total unit count decreased slightly from 433 units to 430 units. The total height of the building increased from 111.48m to 111.94m. Finally, the total parking spots increased from 77 parking spaces to 79 parking spaces.

The City signs are off and now there is an "Untitled" (?) sign on the buildings themselves. What exactly is the status? Wasn't demolition expected last year?

I'm wondering the same thing. Looking at the permits, seems like demolition has stalled.
