I think it's pretty nice overall, save for the aluminum paneling at the top floor and mech -- it really does just cheapen the whole vibe.

Oh don’t worry, I’m sure Toronto Hydro or Enbridge will be by soon to first randomly spraypaint the sidewalk and concrete, then let it sit for six months, before returning to cut and excavate and cover over with asphalt.You'll be seeing more of this.
