Have people moved in yet? Last Thursday, on my way to the Koerner concert, I noticed that the top floor was ablaze with bright lights.

Interestingly, I'd never noticed some of these details before--such as the cut out space, the black brick etc. If I ever become a real estate tycoon, I'll have to build my own 10 floor addition onto an office building somewhere.
