So this is actually starting?? Was it approved?
This is one of the buildings just approved at the marathon August City Council meeting. It's been cut by one storey to 34 stories and the podium specifically has been cut from eight storeys to six storeys. The building will be 120.5 m tall or 395 feet. The number of units drops from 470 to 446.

On a somewhat related note, I wish more new buildings in Toronto would allow for climbing ivies if their podiums are brick. It can help soften up a podium that looks sterile and bland.
