Yup, these guys aren't kidding around. I drive by once a week around 7 am and there's a lineup of trucks waiting to be loaded. I wonder how the owners of that solitary house on the south-west corner will feel when they are surrounded by two giant towers. A client of mine once tried to ask the woman why they didn't sell and let's just say she wasn't particularly interested in that conversation.

It'd be nice if it could be rezoned commercial after the current owner sells. It would make a nice neighbourhood grocery store, cafe or restaurant.
 
Damn, can't believe that is the first time I've seen this promotional video, it's amazing! If it is a new video, I'd say it is even front-page newsworthy material.

It really makes me appreciate this tower a lot more, it is a great design. I am excited to see it come to Midtown.

Speaking of, the video clearly calls Yonge-Eglinton Midtown. ;) ;)
