The best thing about this building might be that Domino’s is next door. Other than that, it leaves a lot to be desired. I guess I’m a perfectionist but I’m bothered by the mismatched colouring of the brick panels on the podium and how it appears like a lego project that doesn’t fit together properly, including some broken pieces that should be replaced.
 
Alterra took low initiative on this project, and fittingly if it were to be summarized in one word, it'd be forgettable.
