Since HSBC is the anchor tenant of this building, will its logo be on top of the building?

Yes, most likely. Part of the application has placement for a logo at the top of each face. Being a bank, I can imagine they would put their logo there

I can see Cadillac Fairview branding being on it too. They are moving their offices there from the TD Towers.

HSBC only has 4 and a half floors here. First National has 4, IMCO has 2 and LinkedIn has 3. Do we know that HSBC is 'anchoring' it? Have they exercised an expansion right?

It has that jog in the middle - so more than can be said for anything in the Bay Adelaide complex.

Southcore has an aesthetic and stays pretty true to the surround look. I'm more excited to see the lobby complete as well as the see the overhand finished. This stretch of York needs more prettying-up. Retail spaces in ICE are still yet to be determined. The large retail space in 16 will be an HSBC bank branch.
