CIBC Square has DIAMONDS and there's two of them. A tough competition for this building.

Yes, CIBC Square has diamonds. While this one has fins. But this one has a more unique shape to it...where as the said Square is much more conventional...

...in the end, both will balance each other out making them great builds in their own ways in the opinion. So there is no real reason to fight over this. <3

This one also has a sort-of twin on the other side of Front St - the L Tower. The tapering curvy crowns are somewhat similar. Would be interesting to see a shot of both towers down Front when 160 Front is complete.

The differences being L Tower's curve tapers to an angled knife edge and this one has round corners on its crown. And the orientation of the slopes are different (L Tower = N-S and 160 Front W = E-W).

Both have welcome, curvy silhouettes though so don't leave me off your xmas card list for these comments. 🙃

Night photos taken Aug 19th and daylight Aug 24th. One thing I noticed last week and hasn't changed is that I see no glass product on the floor above where they are currently installing. Previously I could always see the glass panels brought up and being stored on the floors waiting for installation but might be a case of the installers catching up to delivered product? Or hasn't been a priority to move them to the floors yet? Hopefully they have the product as they have been making good progress in getting it installed the last few weeks.
