I caught this one, from up close and afar on my walk, yesterday, December 5th, 2022:

First up, the tricks that elevation can play, with a view from Bedford and Bloor, looking across Varsity Stadium:

This, from just a bit further south, within the stands of Varsity Stadium, an image that sees this building share space with 19 Duncan:

Now from much closer, looking down Simcoe, then along same to Front:

Beautiful images everyone. This is one of the only projects in the city I've been really happy to see get built in the last couple years. It's such a great location for something tall, let alone with this kind of interesting facade.
Agreed, but from an avowed skyline kind of guy, I think 10 more stories would have been better.

With only one rendering showing the west side, I had totally forgotten there would be inlets on it too, and until RM's post above where it's obvious, I assumed all the inlet construction shots were of the east side. Well, we get 'em on both sides:

Yeah, I was sad to see the height chopped on this, but I think it's still great even at this height. If it was 280 metres it would've been something else.

That upper level of cladding in the lower inlet is at Level 23.
