I've been led to believe it's mid-2024.I believe that I have read that the bid move-in for TD is over the Xmas break.

I think you can probably expect a "flagship" TD branch but no other retail. Hopefully a coffee shop but I don't think a restaurant is planned.Does anyone know who's going into the ground floor? TD branch possible? Other retail and/or restaurant?
Makes sense, thanks.I think you can probably expect a "flagship" TD branch but no other retail. Hopefully a coffee shop but I don't think a restaurant is planned.
I can't be the only one that is bothered by the colours of the LEDs not matching the TD green of the logos.View from our place last night:

Wasn’t that Kenny Rogers red?
Put me in the camp of thinking this lighting is tacky. I don't mind the white highlights, but the green is awful. I can see using the colour for certain special events, but please please not all of the time!
To me it looks quite nice, as it really builds the skyline to have 1 or 2 brightly lit buildings on the skyline. I think hong kong is excessive, but this looks pretty good. From what I understand, still all just testing. (seems like they've been testing forever though). I really hope the lighting ends up being completely different.
