My initial impression of the latest design was that I don't like it. Although with more time in letting this settle in, I can live with this. Especially considering that we've already moved past the fun colourful iteration by quite some time now. Ultimately, this will be a net gain with an addition of housing, in midrise density format, on a fairly low-profile downtown side street site. What I want to see more than anything is some actual action instead of this continue to languish in development planning limbo.

When were you last in Kensington? I can't say that mirrors my experiences there.
