I think it's fine to simultaneously:
- Think that this looks like three different buildings unceremoniously and sloppily mashed together
- Appreciate that it's substantially different from the usual kind of dreck Kirkor pumps out (and different from most of what we see in this neighbourhood)
- Acknowledge that in all likelihood it won't be built
 
I don't know why some of you find this condo even make sense... No setback, no addition to the public space, impossible design, unnecessary height and density.
Oh city/OMB do us a favour and please reject it...
 
It's not a condo. It's office and hotel.
 
No hearing date has been posted to the OMB's website. The pre-hearing supposedly took place on July 25, 2016, but no report has been published of it.

Did Kirkor mistakenly mix up cities? Perhaps they designed this proposal for a different city but Toronto got caught in some kind of mix up.
 
That's quite the revision. Nice curves and it's good to see a highrise without balconies. Not sure about the red yet but I agree it's refreshing to see some colour.
