New docs were posted on the Dev App site as recently as August 1. Has this come back to life?

Essentially now it's just plopping a second floor onto the existing structure and adjusting openings in the wall of the first floor.

It's functional but terribly underwhelming. Disappointing to see the reduction in total space.

I kinda like that they're keeping the original structure and adapting it. Keeping the texture and solidity of the brick will be nice, and adaptive use instead of just knocking things down can be a good thing! For the environment, and also keeps the building grounded in the history of the street.
