THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
(1) The appeal of the Official Plan Amendment is allowed, and the City of Toronto Official Plan is amended in accordance with Attachment 1 to this Order, and the Clerk of the City of Toronto is directed to assign a by-law number for record-keeping purposes;
(2) The appeal of the Zoning By-law Amendment is allowed, and:
a. former City of Toronto Zoning By-law No. 438-86 is amended in accordance with Attachment 2 to this Order, and the Clerk of the City of Toronto is directed to assign a by-law number for record-keeping purposes;
b. City of Toronto Zoning By-law No. 569-2013 is amended in accordance with Attachment 3 to this Order, and the Clerk of the City of Toronto is directed to assign a by-law number for record-keeping purposes.
