This would have looked 10 times better if the spandrel was replaced with precast panels.
Maybe if the spandrel wasn't all the same colour it would have been a bit better.

Yes, there is way too much spandrel on this building and it's just too beige/grayish/blah.

the colour palette of 300 kinda reminds me of Couture, with the creamyish white/black spandrel (which out of all the spadrels i don't mind)
