I support this for older classier designs. Imo The current bottom floor design isnt appealing enough to save.

It's more appealing than the all glass podium proposal. The stone, granite cladding materials makes it worthwhile to save. Just change the windows to a dark glazed or mirrored look to bring out the podium's stone granite features. Then build an all mirrored or dark glazed glass tower above to match the podium part below!
