On the side though...

Sprandrel or oil canning pick your poison
...that's a bit of a false dichotomy. I prefer they would use quality material with quality application, instead. So no poison would be needed to ingest here. Just saying.

It's a clean design, to be fair, just a shame about the low quality panels. I will say walking by it every day, I don't notice it, but curse this forum for bringing it to my attention. Just can't get the pics of wavy cladding out of my head.

The sunlight at certain angles brings it out something horrible. So more people other than just us will likely take note of that.
 
It many not be anything special but it adds some nice density here so that's something.
