Those i-beams for the staging area on the north side? Wow! I wonder how far back they go into the building. They probably have to be both very long, resting on the slab, and probably also "clamped" down from the floor above, plus there's also all that extra shoring underneath them. Quite the engineering solution for dealing with a tight construction site!
