It looks a lot like Pittman Hall at Ryerson. It's actually an attractive building (sans barb wire fencing that is.)

Pittman isn't particularly ugly, but I wouldn't call it attractive. Toronto South Detention Centre is most certainly horridly ugly.

The Toronto South Detention Centre looks 10x more approachable and friendly than 365 Church, despite the barbed wire fencing. Its material expression and proportions are much less foreboding.
