-There is a concept to bring a ring to Clarence, 4 meters wide, and I think 157 m long in diameter?
-Create activated lane ways, similar to what Melbourne is doing
-100,000 sq ft of retail over 2 levels
-40,000 sq ft grocery store
-175 commercial parking spaces

Overall, there seemed to be a good vibe for this proposal.

Just for comparison, this new grocery store will be just under half the size of the Loblaws at Maple Leaf Gardens. Yes, very much needed.
