Looks can be deceiving. They actually do seem to have quite a bit formwork and concrete poured on the perimeter walls and some interior walls except for the area in final excavation. I do agree though that fall 2012 is the best possibility right now.

This looks like they have made good progress. It's not like its a tall building here. If they can get the foundation done in a few months they could be okay....

The ramp, the forming and the pour on the north side (floor of P2) was all done this week with guys working into Saturday for saw cuts.
With this pace, perhaps, sometime in October, they could hit grade.
 
wow! Nice picture Jasonized. Where is that from? Looks like good progress, what level are they on? This condo looks like it's moving along. I wonder if they will complete it on time.
