Most of what was built in this area over the past few decades is really bland, so I think the architecture is relatively refreshing, although I agree that it'll likely be severely cheapened. Style-wise, I kind of like this historical mishmash that's "in" right now. The 80s Pomo buildings here have weathered the years much better than the surrounding cookie cutter condos from the 90s onwards.
 
what about the empty lot beside it, pretty sure those houses we're demolished to make way for another project but hasnt started up. anyway thatll get picked up in the near future, or will that just remain a seperate project
