Wowza. Loving it. Looking forward to going by and seeing the cladding going up and eventual retail spaces filled.

Poking up behind houses in the neighbourhood next door, seen while cycling for the first time on the mountain:

Drove past this time so I couldn't grab a picture, but the elevator shaft forms are in place it appears for the 6th and final living floor. It does appear that there is a setback 7th floor for mechanical, but the final floor has begun. Curious to see the cladding on this, but even more excited to see the landscaping. With the extensive retail space, they could really make this a heavily used area from the quiet streets behind where people could walk to.
