I'd say it comes with the territory. Don't like it, move. Just my opinion, but I understand the disrespectful angle.

Im sorry but it does not come with the territory, i have owned and operated a construction company for the past 34 years and would not do what they did during the excavation, there are rules regarding noise and they broke many of them (starting before 7AM, starting on Saturdays before 9AM, working on Sundays, working on stat holidays) please don't patronize me by telling me to move if i don't like it, we are not living in the Wild Wild West. By the way i am pro construction and support all the building that has been going on in the city.

Err...are you aware just how difficult it is to just get up and move over something like this, even if it is a reasonable option? (It's not, though.)
