Walked past this yesterday. To echo other comments, it probably should have been chopped down 4-5 stories.

I really don't like it. It's just too "abrupt" for the area. It sticks out way too much.

I think the massing is wrong. Height may be ok it seems a little too wide and too close to the street. Right now it Feels like a wall.


What scares me more is the precedence that this building sets for the rest of the area.
