I like it. Nice massing. I don't find it too much for the area. I do have misgivings about the narrow, windowless facades on either end... the bleak emptiness of it is a bit daunting.

The cladding on the east elevation looks great! Always good details from S+P.

The cladding is nice...the building is simply too big for the area IMO.

Agreed, but just for right now. As of today it does dominate too much on the south side of King St W. Once we see what the Allied/Westbank proposed buildings look like a little further east, this may look much smaller in comparison and then fit in a bit better in the future.
