Are G+C out here? No new docs; but a new Arch. Firm registered to lobby on this:

The Rexall that was in that heritage corner building closed down about 8 years ago and since then the building has been pretty much boarded up. Whatever iteration they'll come up with, it will be at least 2 years before construction starts. Why destroy a vital corner of the city by not leasing that space all this time?

I'll give this to @MessiGoat he's quick! However, he missed the mention of S9; its on the front page of the Arch. Drawings.

So the substantive change here is clearly the podium expression when you look back at the renders from Nov '22:

So they've gone almost all brick on the podium and added a curving feature right at the corner of Church/Wellesley as opposed to a hard corner.

It's a definite improvement. I still struggle to understand the ground floor retail expression, I assume that will be leased space, though they're rendered it as a cavern surrounded by clear glazing. No! Just bring the brick down and demise the space.
I don't see a proper spot for retail signage ...gah!

The new rendering is updated in the database. The total storey count changed from 30 & 7 storeys to 31 & 7 storeys. Height changed from 102.25m & 24.06m to 101.78m & 24.06m. The total unit count changed from 374 units to 405 units. The total parking space count changed from 85 parking to 38 parking. Total bike parking changed from 431 bike parking to 416 bike parking.

Rendering taken from the architectural plan via Rezoning submission.
