Can barely tell in these photos, but bricks are up on the podium level that is shaded:

This speed at the bottom continues to surprise me while they're still not even 2/3 to the top yet.

I'm guessing they're going to be doing like McMaster and allowing residents to move in before construction is completed?

The cobalt towers have sorta become the new landmark - although id prefer to see something aggressively tall and impressive to go where the city center is to be the new center.
