An image to give a sense of how close this will be to Danforth as I didn’t know until I walked from the station. Taken 7 February.

For those who need more context, rdaner is standing at the northwest corner of Danforth & Vic Park in pic #1. The new building will be left (north) of the building shown on the right (Metropolitan Toronto Condo) and separated by Denton Avenue which the buses use to access the station.

Yep almost done. But to be clear, this is a replacement passenger pick up and drop off for when the existing one closes, not a commuter parking lot.
I guess the parking lot at the back is for the golf course as it has parking lines. Meanwhile, the owners of these cars didn't get the memo the front part was only supposed to be a passenger pick-up (nor that it wasn't finished). 😂

Would a fellow UT member like to comment on how a shoring permit gets held up, because something in the submitted drawings does not align with zoning?

I don't understand how that doesn't get caught at an earlier stage.

"Nobody is actually 'In Charge' anywhere -- and attention to detail is not a Civic-priority...

Likely not only a City of Toronto problem, but Toronto is the biggest City -- so the systems are come complex --- and the examples of conflicting-silos bubble to the surface more often because of the scale of the things that the City processes.

Given the 'apparent' priority of these projects........and the fact that Planning is struggling to keep people busy with fewer applications than in the past.........

I expect better of them.

But also of the proponent.

Of course, CreateTO never ceases to disappoint.

Side note, I walked by here the other day, sans camera.

The PPUDO lot is paved, landscaped, line marked and open.
