so happy that stupid 75 degree angular plane rule died a terrible death. It looks completely absurd here and achieves literally nothing from an urban design perspective.
What is the hate for that interesting rule?
Seems to me that it resulted in some pretty cool new designs, including this tower. Personally I love it. Isn't a similar rule also what they used in NYC back in the day for setbacks to provide more light below?
