Wow is going to be massive!

The Fifth floor is now fully formed and being poured. The four foot thick transfer slab for the Fourth Floor can be seen clearly. While 64-68 Bathurst does not have much podium the small setback between the Third and Fourth floors at the north end of the building can now be seen. The Ground, Second and Third are non-typical, with retail, office, and amenity areas, with the transfer slab setting the foundation for the residential area typical floors, Fourth and above. The building should progress much more quickly having reached the typical floor stage.
