Yes, probably will be chopped down to 47-52 stories in line with other completed and under construction towers in the area. The dark horse is the office/residential proposal on Church (625 Church). If approved at 59 stories, it could set a precedent.

This is a CAPREIT rental building, that they still have a listing up for (https://www.capreit.ca/apartments-for-rent/toronto-on/isabella-apartments/). This is a long standing property of theirs in the GTA, interested to see if they sold or I wonder if this is how they are doing their development program now (JV) vs trying it on their own and seeing it fail (100 Wellesley).

I guess the new height will be around 190 m? For a purely residential building, that could house 60-62 stories.

I’d like to see a plan for the so-called “on site parkland”. The current parking lot is strewn with litter 24/7.
