On Monday of this week there was a soil testing drill set up in the parking lot just south of the existing construction. Did not have my phone with me, otherwise I would have taken a photo.

at the ground floor of phase 1? It's not large enough for a full size longos or sobeys - it would have to be one of the smaller format brands like City Market.

That would certianly be nice to have in the area.
