Database file and thread title updated with the correct height. Once the tower tops off, I'm having the employee who updated the number of storeys but not the height pushed out of a helicopter at the old height. It's drastic, but he won't make that mistake again.

UrbanToronto prides itself in team-building events for its staff - such as its planned helicopter skydiving event. Parachutes not provided. Participation mandatory for certain staff.

Still too tall. Mediocrity has no place when you are building considerably taller than the rest of the surrounding community.

Resubmission dated November 22nd. Plans look pretty similar, must be refining the concepts. height still the same.

An OPA was also filed for some reason that locks in tower placement through a site specific policy. Never seen that before.

@Koops65, you're showing 88 Queen on a full-block podium? It doesn't have one.

You're right... that was the original proposal and I've never changed it. Until now... thanks for pointing that out.

Haha, gee you had me all excited until i realized this is a washed down version of what was originally proposed
either way i like whats going up here:cool:
It's not "washed down", it now "represents good planning"! (Glad to see it going ahead too.)

It looks like the kind of thing we used to do when stand-alone sales centres were more common. Haven't seen one of those in the core in years though...
