Given this was a surface parking lot before, this could be one of the best transformations of any site in the city.

That said, I'd love to see the glazing on 88 Queen sooner than later.
 
Anyone know if anything is happening with the retail space in 88 North? Last I saw it was still empty. I don't think that bodes well for the rest of the retail that's supposed to open here.

I felt the same when I walked by yesterday (also Feb 12). I should've taken a picture, but in some angles, it looks quite dense and massive like Time and Space condo's. I think it would've really helped if there was more setback from Queen St. It does feel very overwhelming/overshadowing.
 
does the frame have a bronze hue or is it the wrapping on the frame?
