Should be for the NE corner of St. Clair & Alberta which is a current discount store along with several neighbouring properties.

This is 894 through 900 St. Clair Avenue West, on the northeast corner at Alberta Avenue. The streetcar isn't heading east to the subway, but west: wrong destination sign. Here's the rendering, bigger:

Interesting that you can see the 'No Frills' is still there in the render (look for a hint of their bananas at the rear of the condo building)

By the time this building is complete, the streetcar may still be a CLRV, given how long Bombardier delivers the Flexities.

That building would be where Blockbuster used to be.

The new condo would look like Habitat '67 and be next to where Garrison Creek used to be.

Pic taken from the streetcar yesterday evening. Demolition is about to start I guess? There's also a public consultation planned for next week, March 2nd from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at the Oakwood Village Library (341 Oakwood).

From the streetcar last Friday. The demolition of the old building is almost complete:

Looks like this might be an alternate location for Shopper's Drug Mart if the Via Italia location didn't go through.

But again, proximity didn't prevent Shoppers Drug Mart from having two locations along Eglinton a few blocks from each other (one at Caledonia and another at Dufferin); I didn't even mention the ones downtown.
