New renderings are updated in the database. The total building height changed from 102.65m to 103.28m. The total unit count changed from 389 units to 440 units. The total parking space count changed from 122 parking to 110 parking.

Couldn't get a pic but drove by along St Clair and noticed that demolition of the former houses on site is well underway and are nearly all gone.
 
The database has been updated to reflect the revised SPA submission and Minor Variance of December 2023, changes are as follows:
  • Storey count increased from 28 to 34-storeys
  • Height increased from 103.28 to 119.73m
  • Total units increased from 440 to 509
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 110 to 106
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 440 to 510
  • 9.3m² of micro-retail has been included
