As more glass goes up this one is looking quite good. The Menkes building next door looks about 10 years old already.
 
Menkes doesn't look old. It just looks bad. This one is better but, I'm not impressed by the finishes so far.
 
The shadow-box cladding on the podium looks fantastic and is going to look really sharp when the fins/mullion extensions are added. The mixed-use nature of the project is also a big plus. A street like Church needs the activation of office uses in addition to residential and retail activity, and this is a great location to keep office space. I imagine FST is looking forward to their new space here.
