What are you talking about? The curtainwall installation hasn't started yet, and no, they didn't cheap out.
 
...er, it's better than usual. It's doesn't really add unnecessary lines. And is at a shade where the precast stands out...kinda what a lot of us want.

While it's not glass cut perfect, it does looks like it came from somewhere more refined than Walmart.
 
Renderings show lots of things 🤣
Almost all developers/architects show their renderings in curtain wall, and 99% of the time it's almost always window wall. Which is why a lot of projects look so different once constructed. To be fair, the renderings are usually taken from preliminary drawings so there's not a lot of detail, but they know it's not going to look as proposed.

Only expect curtain wall on the ground floor retail/lobby, offices, hotels, the occasional super high-end project / maybe a corner feature.
