...er, it's better than usual. It's doesn't really add unnecessary lines. And is at a shade where the precast stands out...kinda what a lot of us want.

While it's not glass cut perfect, it does looks like it came from somewhere more refined than Walmart.
 
Renderings show lots of things 🤣
Almost all developers/architects show their renderings in curtain wall, and 99% of the time its almost always window wall. Which is why a lot of projects look so different once constructed. To be fair, the renderings are usually taken from preliminary drawings so there's not a lot of detail, but they know its not going to look as proposed.

Only expect curtain wall on the ground floor retail/lobby, offices, hotels, the occasional super high-end project / maybe a corner feature.
