@AlvinofDiaspar, @ADRM — everybody really — it's worth noting that the Waterfront Toronto DRP sees projects several more times than the regular City one does, at more stages of the project. For this one on the 22nd, they're going over the construction drawings. I'm not sure why, I'm not sure what there is to be either learned by the panel at that point, or what changes they might require of the builder. Could they say "that window wall should be curtain wall"? I doubt it—there's been no evidence that's happened in the past. I'll be surprised if any significant design change results from this review.

Thanks for posting! I love the addition of thermal breaks, the exterior white porcelain panels, and the LEED Platinum goal. This build looks very promising.

yup, but the work right now from my understanding is building the roads around this site, not the site itself.

Looks like the park beside Aquabella (Aitken Place Park, between Aquabella and Aquavista) isn't progressing very fast. Thought it was supposed to be done in the next couple of months?
