Sorry to ask but in the last picture, in background, a white building is there... Is this a show room for future development, and if so, curious.. wich one? Anyone know? Nice show room if that's what it is.
It's for Aquavista, which is under construction to the immediate east of Aqualina
 
The building in the background with white framing and a couple of grids of windows is the Tridel sales centre for all its Bayside projects.

The west side sure looks uncomfortably close to the public building .

I was thinking exactly the same. Hard to imagine parts of the east of Sherbourne Common not sustaining at least some damage over the course of construction.

Last night I noticed that some utes had found a way onto the closed off section of the promenade in front of Aqualina and were hanging out.

Utes!?! Don't see those in Toronto very often., especially on the waterfront promenade, which is car free!
