The photography makes the hodgepodge massing look claustrophobic - a double whammy for the waterfront.

The sad part is, that from the curvy south side, this building looks stylish, like an art deco building you'd see in Miami but the grey colour just ruins it for me. Why not go with white or blue so it at least relates to the lake? This is disappointing!
