Looks...expensive.

They are absolutely aiming towards the Pusateris/Whole Foods type of offer more than the conventional supermarket.

The assertion is that this store will be 40,000ft2.....

The original supermarket space was ~40% smaller than that...... hmmmm

There's no other retail units in that building for the store to expand into, so perhaps either (a) the article is wrong, (b) they're including the loading space, or (c) the store is adding a patio / outdoor space along the front and including that?

Anyone else notice a lot of the trees out front are undergoing an early fall? I know some are taped off and diseased, is this something spreading again?
