Who's the anchor tenant on 2nd floor?
Rendering shows a "Market" going into second floor,... yes, there's already Metro & Loblaws nearby,...
Old 2.5 year old post by Solaris indicate it's an unnamed "high end grocery store"

Which is nonsense. Midtown needs a lower end grocery store, something more affordable. My wife and I travel weekly to go to No Frills, the savings are greater than the gas it costs, plus the markup of shopping at one of the chains within walking distance.
Unfortunately I think it is just too expensive a neighbourhood to have a lower end grocery store.
I have honestly considered schlepping it on the bus to get to No Frills in Scarborough.
I used to go to Valu-Mart at Davisville & Bayview, but it can be too far if you don't have a car.
Yes I have. Now I go to Green Valley which is at Yonge and Erskine. And there is another one on Erskine just around the corner. On the other hand, I'm sure you've been to the Fruit Basket at Yonge and Davisville, that place is dirt cheap, dirt cheap appearance, and popular as hell.
