Much smaller projects have been in sales for well over a year before construction started on them.

^You've gotta be kidding me. It's temporary (and so to the hoarding that wil replace the fencing) and I'd much rather see every dollar spent go towards the building. The potential of a massive eyesore dominating the mid-downtown skyline for perpetuity isn't out of question.

true enough... I was just saying that if they are gonna put up hoarding, why not put it now?... I don't see the harm in putting up hoarding instead of fencing at this stage.
