I find it interesting that the first floor with both east and west curved faces is actually shorter than the floors directly below. It really isn't a huge surprise given that these units wont have balconies, but interesting nonetheless.
 
Maybe I don't understand what you mean. They don't have balconies, they have huge decks.
 
That they do, but the floor heights usually repeat for a couple floors at least before switching.

Three liquor license application notices up on the south side of the building. I didn't recognize any of the names as chains. One is an Italian restaurant.
 
The forms were all assembled today for the second floor above the final setback and cement is being poured, this thing should really fly up now, weather permitting.
